DENNIS MOSELEY-WILLIAMS
I’m a business owner, a father, a husband and a brother. I’ve spent my career thinking and talking about customer experience, doing more work that matters, that transforms and is shared with others. I’m a certified Experience Economy Expert and a Pioneering member of the World Experience Organization.
I wrote a book called Serious Shift: How Experience Staging Can Save Your Practice and I have a blog that I have been writing for a long time. Sherri and I have two daughters and one cool Lab. We ski too much and we spend too much time at the cabin in the summer which is exactly how we like it.
TOM FRISBY
As a former practicing financial advisor, I have an insatiable business passion for coaching clients and their teams to develop creative and sustainable solutions adapted to the Experience Economy.I have had the privilege of working with a who’s who of reputable institutions best seen on my LinkedIn page. My spare time is devoted to my family and sharing with them my other passions: hiking, cycling (with motors and not), kayaking, photography and guitar, with a little Old Timers hockey thrown in and a good book on the side.
